We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition- unworn, undamaged, with original tags still attached, and in original packaging. After 10 days, we can only offer a return for store credit or a direct exchange.

Once a return is approved and return instructions are emailed, the item/s must be shipped out within 7 days. Returns postmarked after that window will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Checkout+ was selected at checkout. If you opted into Checkout+ at checkout, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping in full.
Please note that any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

If you return your entire order and choose not to keep or exchange any items, a 4% restocking fee will apply. Additionally, for returns totaling $300 or more from a single order, an 8% restocking fee will be charged.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be issued once your return is received.

Sale Items:

Sale items are eligible for a full refund and/or exchange as per our regular 10 day policy, unless the item is marked as "FINAL SALE" or a final sale discount code was applied at checkout.  Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items:

Final sale items are not eligible for return under any circumstance. This includes any items marked as "FINAL SALE" or purchased using a final sale discount code.

We offer one free exchange per order on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. For this initial exchange, we cover both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.

For any additional exchanges:
– If Checkout+ was selected at checkout, we’ll cover the return shipping label, but the customer is responsible for shipping the replacement item.
– If Checkout+ was not selected, the customer is responsible for both return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item

Your exchange will ship as soon as we receive and process your returned item. You will receive tracking once the new item is on its way.
