Returns & Exchanges
Returns:

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging and condition. After 10 days, we can only offer a return for store credit or a direct exchange.
Once a return is approved and return instructions are emailed, the item must be shipped out within 5 days. Returns postmarked after that window will not be accepted.
A $10 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label. If you paid for shipping, that amount is non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping but you end up keeping less than $200 worth of merchandise, the shipping cost that would have been charged will be deducted from your refund.
If you return your entire order and choose not to keep or exchange any items, a 3% restocking fee will apply. Additionally, for returns totaling $500 or more from a single order, a 7% restocking fee will be charged.
Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be issued once your return is received.
Sale Items:
Sale items are eligible for a full refund and/or exchange as per our regular 10 day policy, unless the item is marked as "FINAL SALE" or a final sale discount code was applied at checkout. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Final sale items are not eligible for return under any circumstance. This includes any items marked as "FINAL SALE" or purchased using a final sale discount code.
Exchange Policy
To request an exchange, please email support@lunella.co.
We offer one free exchange per order for eligible items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Once an exchange is requested, we will hold your new item for 7 days. Your exchange will ship as soon as we receive and process your returned item. You will receive tracking once the new item is on its way.
If your return is postmarked more than 10 days after delivery, it will no longer be eligible for free return shipping. Exchanges postmarked more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted. Please note that any return or exchange following the first exchange will incur a $15 shipping fee.
Final sale items are not eligible for exchange. This includes any item marked “FINAL SALE” or purchased using a final sale code.
