Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS:
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery. Item/s must be in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
After 10 days, we can only accept a return for a direct exchange, or for store credit.

Once a return has been accepted and return instructions have been emailed, the return must be shipped out within 5 days. Returns postmarked over 5 days will not be accepted.
A $10.00 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your total refund for the cost of the label.
Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to be issued from the date they are received.
We do not refund original shipping costs.
Please note: Should you decide not to keep any items from your order, nor choose to proceed with an exchange on any items, a nominal 3% restocking fee will apply.
SALE ITEMS:
Sale items are eligible for a full refund and/or exchange as per our regular 10 day policy, unless the item is marked as "FINAL SALE" or a final sale discount code was applied at checkout. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Items marked "FINAL SALE" or purchases made using a final sale code at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGES:

We offer one free exchange per order for eligible items within 10 days of delivery. After an order is exchanged, any subsequent returns incur a label fee of $15.00. All exchange item/s must be in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Once an exchange is requested, we hold the item for 7 days. Your exchange order will be shipped once the returned item is received and processed. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the exchange order is shipped out.
Exchanges postmarked over 10 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for free shipping. Exchanges postmarked over 15 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
